I'm River and I’m passionate about providing outstanding at-home portraiture to the Atlanta/Athens area. As an artist of seventeen years and counting, I create more than a pretty picture. My work is honest, thoughtful, joyful, and sometimes humorous - I’m a storyteller at heart; both the broad scope and small details matter to me.
about The Work I Do / my approach
Inspired by your real life, I blend photojournalism and lifestyle photography for a final product that’s rich in emotion and artistry. I get to know my subjects so that I can thoughtfully portray who they are and the energy they bring to the world. Nothing matters more to me than creating something beautiful and perfectly "you."
Using a prompt-based approach, photo sessions are fun, positive experiences. Photography is a collaboration between the artist and the subject(s), so I view the creative process as a team effort.
